Pricing Guarantee

Have your surgery with one of our Preferred Providers and if within the next six months you find a surgeon, within a fifty mile radius, of equal board certification that is willing to do the same procedure for a lower price, you will be refunded the difference, guaranteed!

Terms of Price Guarantee: Refund must be requested within the first 6 months of your surgery being performed.  You must show written proof of the lower price and location of the physician.  Physician must be of equal board certification and be within a 50 mile radius of the location of your surgery.  The Price Guarantee is only offered through ACSN preferred providers (see Provider Locations).  Physicians are directly responsible for refunding the difference in price.

Satisfaction Guarantee

It is important to us that our members are completely satisfied with our program, the savings, and your ACSN physician. ACSN will refund 100% of your member fee if you are not completely satisfied with the program.

Terms of Satisfaction Guarantee: Refund must be requested within the first 30 days of membership and prior to any surgery being performed.
